Summary of all publications in accordance with § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG)

According to § 10 Section 1 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG) Beta Systems Software AG as a issuer  of shares authorized for trading in a regulated market, is obliged to make an “ annual declaration” available to the public at least once a year.

This is mainly a summary, in the form of a list, of all information that has been made available to the public, in compliance with certain securities related regulations, during the previous twelve months.
